The website mentioned air conditioning. HOWEVER, it was just a noisy portable unit. It only started working when I inserted the key card. The room took a while to cool down, disappointing. I hung a sign on the door at 9:00 a.m. for cleaning, but the room was not cleaned when i returned at 4:30 p.m. This happened nearly every day.

The location proved excellent with easy access to the tube station, a mere 3-minute walk. shops, a supermarket, a pub, and diverse restaurants were conveniently close. i found the staff helpful and accommodating. They explained everything perfectly. i will certainly consider staying here again as either a family or a couple.
I found the rooms a bit noisy. It was easy to hear sounds both from outside and from neighboring rooms.

the location proved convenient with easy access to the tube station.
i encountered some problems. the air-conditioning in my room did not function, and despite reporting this daily, no repairs happened. the absence of a fridge or room safe added to the INconvenience. i also found the bathroom lacked sufficient shelving, and the towel rack seemed on the verge of collapse with even a damp towel.

it's my second time at this hotel. the location is excellent, near an underground station and many restaurants and stores. the room had tea and coffee facilities, and a hairdryer. i found the air-conditioning very useful.
the room was a little small for an extended stay.

The location was unbeatable, close to transport links. The staff were always so helpful and very kind. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. The provided bedding was soft and of good quality, ensuring a restful sleep.
The street outside was a little noisy in the evening, but it did not bother me too much (I brought earplugs just in case).
